Sessions are customizable in terms of techniques applied to provide the client with the most benefit. Discussion regarding clients specific needs they would like therapist to address will take place prior to the session.
*30 minute session is a good option if you are new to massage therapy and would like a specific area or concern addressed. It is not an adequate amount of time for a full body massage to take place and/or if there are more than one areas of concern to be addressed.
