A specialty approach highly effective and supportive at treating pain syndromes including chronic pain, fibromyalgia, migraines, TMJ, Scar tissue (later stage), sciatica (piriformis syndrome specific), inflammatory pain syndromes, postural issue, and trauma related issues. Therapist will use a variety of therapeutic approaches including Massage techniques, Neuromuscular Techniques, Thai Yoga Massage, Yoga postures and concepts, and basic stretching components. The greatest offering I can provide someone as a wellness coach is for a client to leave feeling confident in their ability for self healing. Through these intuitively led one to one coaching sessions we can unearth the potential roadblocks in thoughts and behaviors, and begin to break old patterns that are showing up in all areas of the life that are preventing life to move more freely. I can’t recommend Victoria Lewis enough! My husband threw out his back while golfing and was completely bed-ridden for 48 hours he couldn’t even take a deep breath without pain. I called Victoria, and after one session she worked out the knots in his back and he was back on the course the very next day.

After a stressful drive from the Midwest to the east coast and back I ended up with some major stress tension in my shoulders that eventually caused me severe debilitating nerve pain going down my arm to my thumb. There’s a specific name to the nerve that I don’t recall. After visiting Victoria just twice the pain subsided immensely. The third visit was the charm that put me back to normal and pain free. I plan to visit Victoria for preventative muscle and pain maintenance moving forward. She is excellent at what she does with pressure points, stretching, the environment she creates at her space and the whole works. Thank you Victoria! I’m not sure what I would have done without you.

I had never done massage therapy before. Victoria explained the process nicely and made sure throughout the massage that the pressure she was using was comfortable to me. She helped me through a pinched nerve in my shoulder. It took some time but after every appointment I could notice a difference. I am so thankful for this experience. Now I plan to continue going just to pamper myself with relaxation occasionally.
